Lux Research is looking for a well-rounded software engineer that can lead a team of likeminded professionals. You will take ownership of a bespoke CMS, oversee its day-to-day development, and advise on its future development. On top of that, you will become the technical point-person for implementing our AI strategy; one that you will also advise on. Lux Research is a company that is taking AI seriously, and we're looking for someone that espouses this value. Must haves: * 10+ years of hands-on developer experience that demonstrates a progression from junior to senior * 10+ completed projects that you can tell stories about * Experience with LLMs and a career now focused on creating tools with AI. * Content Management Systems (CMS) with a strong understanding of the needs of non-technical users. * A personal interest in sustainability and a genuine care for the environment.
