We’re looking for an experienced and thoughtful Head of Engineering who is eager to assume far reaching responsibility over our software platform and engineering org. You will meaningfully shape Grow on multiple dimensions, including building our initial infrastructure with our CTO, leading recruitment and hiring, and defining engineering best practices.
