Description
Lantern is a Series A company building sales automation with AI agents. Small focused team working on core product to build intelligent systems that reason about complex sales workflows and make autonomous decisions. Responsibilities include building reliable agentic workflows to orchestrate multi-step research and outreach, designing data pipelines that synthesize insights from many disparate sources, architecting systems to scale for complex prospect analysis and verification, and collaborating with early customers to understand use cases.
