Kinelo builds a human+AI orchestration layer to improve engineering team coordination and management. Seeking high-ownership candidates to join a small, technical team in a newly opened San Francisco office to help shape culture, architecture, and roadmap. Responsibilities include taking features from idea to production. Requires strong CS fundamentals and ~8 years professional experience, experience with TypeScript, Postgres/RDBMS at scale, containerization, distributed systems, and at least one strongly typed language (Go, C++, Java). ML/AI experience is a plus. Company is well-funded, founded by a serial founder, anti-bureaucratic. Cannot sponsor visas; relocation assistance to SF possible.
