Description
Driving field-based role. The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and serve as an ambassador for the Celsius brand across distribution channels (grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores). Responsibilities include planning and executing merchandising initiatives, calling on target accounts, selling in PDQs and displays/end caps, communicating sales leads and incremental opportunities, expanding product distribution as approved, ensuring shelves and coolers are stocked and merchandised to brand standards, rotating backstock, placing point-of-sale materials, supporting new store openings and resets, taking photos with weekly reporting documents, and conducting demos upon request. Must complete 15-20 account calls per day, track and submit account calls within the Celsius sales app, submit weekly work logs including mileage, and maintain target/key account planning. Requirements include 0-2 years of retail or merchandising experience (prior merchandising a plus), high school diploma or GED, flexible schedule with 40 hours/week (Wednesday through Sunday), self-starter attitude, excellent driving record, personal vehicle (allowance provided), and strong customer service and communication skills. A valid U.S. Driver's License and passing an MVR screening are required.
