Description

Dreamscape Learn is seeking an enterprise sales leader to spearhead K12 direct sales efforts in North America. This strategic role focuses on establishing foundational school district partnerships, expanding market awareness of the company's story-driven, VR-based learning experiences, and helping define the company's long-term K12 growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a proven top performer with a history of exceeding quotas selling innovative, big-ticket edtech solutions to senior district leadership (e.g., Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum Leaders, and Boards of Education). Responsibilities include exceeding quarterly and annual bookings goals, engaging with superintendents and leadership teams, building executive-level client relationships, managing a growing pipeline of qualified opportunities, collaborating with internal marketing/sales colleagues to execute lead generation campaigns and events, supporting executive leadership with market intelligence and strategic feedback, and helping shape K12 growth strategy and go-to-market evolution. Requirements include 10+ years of sustained success selling high-value innovative educational technology solutions to senior K12 leadership, the ability to sell six-figure solutions in complex procurement environments, strong executive communication and strategic influence, exceptional territory management and qualification skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in high-growth/category-defining organizations.
