Small, fast-growing Series A company building an AI-native platform. Replacing a senior engineer moving to a principal role; looking for a Tech Lead / Staff Engineer to help grow the team. Stack is transitioning frontend from Angular to React, backend uses Node/Bun, deployed on ECS, data in Mongo and Snowflake. Hybrid role based in Bristol, UK.
