We are hiring software engineers who enjoy solving important real-world problems and working close to hardware; who learn new domains quickly and prefer practical solutions over over-engineered systems or unnecessary complexity. Projects include scientific tools, automation & robotics (Linux & ROS level), embedded C/C++ (with firmware engineers but software engineers welcome to learn), Linux/CUDA/server engineering for AI safety/security/verification work, custom simulation software (usually Python), data analysis pipelines (Python), and organizational tooling (TypeScript, React, Postgres, etc.). Small cross-functional teams build end-to-end systems, typically shipping within a few months.
