Scorecard builds simulation environments and reward models that frontier AI labs and enterprises use to train and evaluate their agents. Founding team built simulation infrastructure at Waymo, SpaceX, and Uber ATG. Company is ~7 people, $3.75M seed led by Kindred Ventures. Role: Founding Engineer (primarily backend). You'll own technical domains end-to-end, use agentic tooling (Claude Code) heavily, move fast and work with customers.
