We are looking for a full-stack 'ninja' to join BetterSea full-time. We are a team of entrepreneurs, decarbonisation experts and tech enthusiasts building a maritime carbon exchange to commercialise maritime decarbonisation. In 2.5 years the company launched the first regulatory carbon exchange index, captured 10% of the global market and 50% of SOM, received awards and press coverage. The team grew to 22 this year; the company is revenue-generating, close to breaking even and approaching Series A. Looking for a backend-heavy full-stack developer with 5+ years experience in Python, FastAPI, DRF, Docker, GCP, Terraform; frontend experience with React, Redux, Zustand, Tailwind CSS (Chakra UI or shadcn or similar).
