Description
Headquarters: NYC and TLV. Senior Independent AI Engineer / Architect to join small teams building production AI systems (not demos/prototypes). Work includes LLM-powered products and workflows, agent architectures and orchestration, retrieval/evaluation/reliability infrastructure, enterprise AI deployments, and AI-native products from zero to one, plus ML platforms at scale. Collaborate directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to shape the technical approach and outcomes. A.Team is an invite-only network of senior AI/ML engineers and architects; since 2020 builders have earned more than $200M working with companies including Lyft, Google X, HCA, Unilever, Sightful, and D-ID. Not a fit: early-career engineers and those without production AI experience, or those focused mainly on simple AI wrappers/templated implementations.
