Lantern builds AI-powered revenue intelligence and agentic systems. Senior Software Engineer will own complex technical problems end-to-end, translate customer needs into scalable architecture, optimize AI model efficiency (including prompt engineering), and ship impactful features. Junior Software Engineer will work across the stack (Python, FastAPI, Next.js, React) alongside senior engineers and contribute to real features. New Grad Software Engineer is an entry-level role providing hands-on experience with Postgres, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Kubernetes/AWS deployment, and Temporal.io workflow orchestration while shipping production code.
