We make automated driving software. As an independent company owned by Ford, we need to ship a consumer-facing product at scale and with reliability. In 2026 we are shipping a customer fleet. Looking for a generalist SWE with strong opinions about data modeling and storytelling for the Data Platform team. Stack includes BigQuery, various dashboard and notebooking tools, and conversational analytics. Ideal candidate has product vision, helps drive deeper adoption, and guides customers to solve real problems (not vanity metrics/dashboards or getting stuck in XY-problems).
