BrightCore is hiring its first engineer (Founding Engineer) to own key backend work for a gym/fitness SaaS. The role is 70% NestJS/Postgres backend and 30% Coral, an AI agent for member retention using WhatsApp. The ideal candidate can ship solo, has 3–5 years backend experience, and shows genuine curiosity about LLMs and retention modelling (ML hobbyist preferred over ML PhD).
