The app has a 4.9-star rating and a loyal community, supporting retention and growth strategy. Role Summary: Own the mobile product (iOS and Android). Work with development, executive, and marketing teams to maintain health, performance, and evolution of the app. Take full ownership of the product roadmap: build, test, and optimize features; drive adoption; and increase subscriber growth. Ensure app performs well, build the right features in the right order, increase frequency and effectiveness of content consumption, and leverage AI for engagement and retention with data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead mobile product strategy and execution; define and track KPIs; monitor and report usage, churn, and retention; analyze in-app behavior, feedback, and competitor research; manage user-feedback processes; partner with content team on content strategy and upload/maintenance of in-app content; coordinate lifecycle across retention, marketing, and analytics; collaborate on promotional strategies; own AI product roadmap for retention; drive app store SEO and optimize listings; act as internal expert/ambassador; coordinate with website and customer service teams for promotion, support, and troubleshooting. Required Experience & Skills: 3–5 years product management experience focused on consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android preferred); subscription-based product experience advantageous; strong ability to interpret customer behavior and performance data; experience in content-rich environments (media, wellness, health tech, entertainment) is a plus.
