Trayd is building the financial operating system for commercial construction, replacing spreadsheets and legacy software with a single platform that automates payroll, union compliance, time tracking, and job costing. Construction payroll moves ~$260B annually in the U.S.; Trayd is rebuilding that infrastructure. Small, senior team with high ownership; engineers own systems end to end and work directly with leadership and customers. Stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Postgres.
