New Lantern is building an AI radiology resident that integrates the radiologist's image archive & viewer, medical report dictation system, and work management system with AI. Series A startup with ~15 engineers (~25 total staff), live customers generating revenue, several years of runway, and backed by Benchmark, Anthropic, and others. Hiring several frontend and backend product engineering roles. Engineers will work directly with the founder/CEO, staff radiologists, and end users, with real ownership and frequent shipping.
