Flutter/Shorebird founder hiring. Shorebird offers Flutter-related SaaS used by thousands of businesses globally and is on track to profitability early 2026. One role: full-time engineer to take primary responsibility for C++ code (Dart & Flutter forks, custom runtime, compiler, etc.), working on a custom compiler and runtime for the Dart language. Must be comfortable with large open source projects, C++, startup environment, and independent remote work; compiler/runtime curiosity and some open source contributions desirable. Second role: Dart/Cloud engineer to work on cloud services serving tens of millions of devices daily (2k+ RPS), built mostly in Dart on Google Cloud + Cloudflare; work includes cloud development and launching a CI product. Small senior team; company operates publicly via Discord.
