Role details
Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategy for Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews releases, including launch positioning, messaging, internal and external enablement/comms, and ongoing adoption motions
- Build compelling narratives that differentiate Bazaarvoice as the premium offering in ratings and reviews
- Lead product launches and feature releases with cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, CS, and Enablement, delivering key assets, messaging, and training
- Create competitive positioning and de-positioning with research-backed insights and strategic clarity
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Enablement to equip the field to sell, support, and upsell Ratings & Reviews
- Gather market intelligence and voice of the customer to inform roadmap prioritization and guide product-market fit
- Create sales and marketing collateral including one-sheets, web copy, playbooks, and pitch decks
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management and influence roadmap decisions with market context and go-to-market requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing or relevant experience in B2B SaaS
- Ideally experience in e-commerce, martech, or adtech
- Proven experience owning GTM strategy
- Proven experience leading successful product launches
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Exceptional messaging and positioning skills
- Understanding of modern consumer behavior, especially in the e-commerce industry
- Strategic thinker with bias for action
- Ability to prioritize for highest impact and experiment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Gemini, Confluence, Crayon, Pendo (ideal, not required)
- Understanding of and/or experience with Retail, Apparel & Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Health & Beauty, Food & Bev, Home & Garden (desired)

Bazaarvoice seeks a strategic, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join the team driving the evolution of Bazaarvoice’s flagship product: Ratings & Reviews. The role focuses on defining product messaging and positioning, influencing roadmap strategy, enabling Sales and Client Success, and driving adoption and growth.
