Doowii is building an AI operating layer for education analytics that connects institution systems (SIS/LMS/CRM) to enable non-technical teams to ask questions, explore, and take action. Hiring software engineers to build AI-first product experiences and infrastructure. Responsibilities include building LLM-backed app features (multi-step reasoning flows, conversational UX, follow-ups, citations), evaluation and reliability (offline evals, regression testing for prompts/tools, quality metrics, guardrails, latency work), agentic workflows (tool-calling, retrieval over structured sources, workflows to debug/repair queries), and app/platform foundations (APIs, auth/RBAC, job orchestration, observability, cost controls). Stack: Python, TypeScript, modern web app stack, LLM tool-calling/RAG patterns, GCP. Candidate fit: shipped real product features (backend + app), cares about UX and correctness, experience building LLM-enabled systems or strong distributed/backend systems and interest in applied AI.
