Description
LAWLESS Beauty is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to own the day-to-day presence across social platforms and help bring the brand to life through consistent, accurate, and thoughtful execution. The role supports execution across Instagram, TikTok, and TYB in collaboration with the Director, Brand Marketing. Responsibilities include maintaining and managing a content calendar, scheduling and publishing content using Dash Social, writing and editing captions, developing content briefs with the in-house graphic design team, supporting TikTok-first content execution and experimentation, handling real-time posting needs, editing short-form video in CapCut, identifying creators and partners to strengthen cultural resonance, leading community management (comment moderation, responses, real-time engagement), flagging trends and sentiment, supporting influencer and brand events with organic social support, organizing content asset libraries, tracking assets and handoffs, and compiling weekly/monthly performance reporting. Requirements include 2–3 years of social media experience (preferably fashion/beauty/lifestyle), experience managing brand social channels and executing against a content calendar, passion for social and beauty, ability to shoot and produce static and video content, proficiency in CapCut and Figma, experience with Dash Social (or similar), strong understanding of content performance on TikTok and Instagram, interest in community building and brand voice, attention to detail, strong organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
