Head of Engineering & Infrastructure: Own engineering and infrastructure teams, ensure site performance and reliability for 12M+ members, and enable leadership focus on product and growth. Senior DevOps Engineer: develop and implement infrastructure upgrades, database tuning, Kubernetes and Helm orchestration, monitoring and security, maintain and improve large-scale Rails monolith, CI/CD, participate in on-call rotation and automate DevOps tasks.
