Description

Patco Brands is a fast-growing beverage company seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed Data & Administrative Coordinator to support a fast-moving, growth-stage business. The role supports leadership and multiple teams to ensure information is accurate, organized, and flows seamlessly across the company. Responsibilities include executive and administrative support (manage senior calendars, prepare meetings and reports, handle ad hoc executive requests), data & systems management (audit data/files/contacts/expiration dates, set reminders, assist with annual audits), file and information management (own and maintain Google Drive and internal file systems, manage contracts/documents, support internal tools and future system implementations, assist with training), cross-functional coordination (coordinate information/documentation across teams, support onboarding for external partners, assist with compliance documentation and reporting), operations & logistics support (maintain operational lists/records, support logistics/production/admin workflows documentation, help with forms/applications/tracking tools), and project/task management (manage and track tasks using tools like Asana, support research projects and special initiatives, build/maintain organizational systems/processes). The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, proactive/self-starter with a “figure it out” mindset, strong communicator with follow-through, highly proficient in Google Drive/spreadsheets/data organization, and has experience with project management tools like Asana (plus: experience in fast-paced/growth-stage companies and exposure to compliance/operations/administrative workflows).
