Description
Avtal builds software for the digital debt collections space with a strong focus on data workflows, compliance, and reliability at scale. The environment is pragmatic and fast-paced — small team, high ownership. Looking for engineers who have shipped production systems and are comfortable making architectural decisions. Roles (3–5+ years experience preferred): Full-Stack Engineer (React + Go); Backend Engineer (Go / Python, ML experience is a plus); Platform / DevOps Engineer (AWS, Linux, Infrastructure-as-Code); DBA (PostgreSQL, RDS tuning, query optimization, replication strategies). The work involves building and scaling core systems, improving data pipelines, and shaping internal architecture. Ideal fit: someone who has owned features end-to-end and is comfortable diving into unfamiliar parts of the stack when needed.
