Alcove is building tech to make housing more accessible. Renting is inefficient and antiquated, making losers out of both Tenants and Landlords. Alcove's per-bedroom leasing solves this by making spaces more consumable. Headcount is ~30 with a small-but-growing engineering organization. Well-funded.
