Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
- Call on target accounts
- Sell in PDQ’s and manage displays/end cap placement in store
- Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to the territory manager
- Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within guidelines of the account type
- Ensure account shelves, cold vault and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
- Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, warm shelf according to account guidelines
- Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager
- Participate in new store openings and store reset support
- Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly
- Conduct demos upon request
- Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory for weekly/monthly planning
- Communicate as needed with territory sales manager/district manager/regional manager
- Make 15-20 account calls per day
- Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app
- Submit weekly work logs including mileage
- Submit other records or documentation as assigned
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
- Prior experience in merchandising a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours and a 40 hr work week (Wednesday to Sunday)
- Motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Self-starter and team player
- Excellent driving record
- Insurance/license required
- Personal vehicle to use (allowance provided)
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts

Description
The Merchandising Representative is a driving, field-based role representing the Celsius brand across distribution channels (grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores). Responsibilities include planning and carrying out merchandising initiatives, calling on target accounts, selling in PDQ’s and managing display/end cap placement, communicating sales leads to the territory manager, ensuring shelves/cold vault/coolers are stocked and merchandised per brand flow, rotating backstock, placing point-of-sale materials, supporting new store openings/resets, taking photos for weekly reporting, and developing target/key account lists and conducting account calls while tracking work logs in the Celsius sales app. Requirements include 0-2 years retail/merchandising experience (prior merchandising a plus), high school diploma or GED, flexible schedule for a 40 hr work week (Wednesday–Sunday), motivated self-starter, excellent interpersonal/communication skills, problem-solving, ability to multitask, excellent driving record, personal vehicle use (allowance provided), and a valid U.S. Driver’s License with MVR screening.
