Description
Join 10x Genomics to accelerate scientific research and improve human health. We're a rapidly-growing biotech company that develops software, hardware, and chemistry that enable researchers to study diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's at an unprecedented resolution. We went public last year as the largest healthcare IPO of 2019 (ticker: TXG). We recently acquired two companies, ReadCoor and CartaNA, who have both been commercializing in situ analysis. This opens up a number of interesting product and technical challenges that I'm personally very excited about! Software is an integral part of the 10x Genomics product. We create software that generates and analyzes data for scientists to explore. We utilize Go, React, Typescript, and Electron to create intuitive visualization and web applications. Our data pipelines are primarily written using Numpy/Scipy/Pandas stack, but we're making increasing use of Rust. We've always been remote-friendly and are looking for awesome people at various levels in these roles.
