Salary range $197,600-$236,500 plus benefits including flexible PTO (25 holidays + 18 flexible PTO, increasing with tenure), 100% paid parental leave, 100% premium coverage for employee medical/dental/vision (75% for employee + family), wellness benefits, backup care support, employee assistance program, 401(k) with 4% match, employer-sponsored legal plans, life/disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.

Description
KIPP Foundation is seeking a Vice President of People to design and drive an integrated, insights-driven talent strategy across the full employee experience. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People Operations, the role will oversee the full talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, development, engagement, Total Rewards, and offboarding. The VP will ensure talent systems are well-designed and embedded, establish performance management and development systems, set employee relations policies and standards, lead and develop the Talent function (including People Operations and Development & Growth), drive workforce planning and culture priorities, and act as a visible culture leader aligned with KIPP’s mission and values. Travel up to 10% is required (up to 20 days/year). Preferred locations are KIPP Foundation offices in NYC and Chicago, but a full-time remote office option is available.
