The role is an implementation lead who loves working with clients, solving hard problems such as real-time audio at enterprise scale, and helping make AI sound human in niche dialects. The team is small and all builders; everybody writes code. They listen to calls weekly and use AI to reduce wait times, enable 24/7 support, lower costs, and improve pickup rates.
