Switch Growth

I’m the CTO of a startup called Switch Growth and we’re hiring right now to staff up our engineering team. We have built a platform (Ruby/Rails, lots of background processing) that allows our clients to advertise online in a privacy-centric way while also preparing them for the cookie-less future web. We've been seeing amazing growth and I think the next couple of years will be really exciting. We have two job descriptions up right now: Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer. We are a tight team and it’s important for us to make these early hires feel like part owners in the company through good options packages. We are a small team currently, so anyone hired in the next ~6 months will have a HUGE role is helping guide the company's tech strategy, architecture and culture.
