Description
Employment Hero is on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone, offering an Employment Operating System bringing hiring, HR, payroll and benefits into an all-in-one solution. This is a Remote First, AI First role for a dedicated Junior HR Partner. You will nurture and establish stakeholder relationships to drive comprehensive HR strategies using the EH Way and AI-first methodology. The role focuses on resolving reactive compliance and legislative queries (terminations, investigations, disciplinary matters), maintaining client satisfaction and retention, integrating AI to improve efficiency through documented 'AI hacks', and providing strategic advisory and client management for a portfolio of 4–15 clients. Responsibilities include managing complex casework, conducting HR audits, supporting pre-sales environments, implementing and maintaining the Employment Hero platform, and using tools such as Asana, Slack, Confluence, G-Drive, and the EH AI Agent. Key measurables include full portfolio capacity within 6 months, 0 NPS detractors, achieving 24/30 on an AI Native scenario task, completing client software implementation within 60 days, and ensuring work aligns with the mission.
