Rapport is an AI-driven company fixing healthcare payment infrastructure by ingesting contracts, claims, and policies to provide real-time pricing intelligence. Role 1 (Founding AI Engineer): build production pricing engines, design data pipelines for PDFs/CSVs/APIs, combine rules-based systems with ML validation, and build explainable systems. Stack includes Python, SQL, FastAPI, LLMs and agentic frameworks. Role 2 (Founding Data Engineer): architect the data platform, build fault-tolerant pipelines (Databricks), design normalization layers for healthcare data, and implement observability; first data hire.
