AREO is a B2B SaaS startup (founded Jan 2023) building solutions for supermarkets and grocery retail across Germany and the EU. Hiring for two roles: Lead Product Engineer and Engineering Manager (both Ruby on Rails). Seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience (preferably startup experience). Professional German is highly preferred. Backend-focused stack and responsibilities include building retail products from scratch, scaling after closing a large contract, and working in a lean, experienced team.
