Description
Onboard AI is building a platform for responsible AI in healthcare. The Lead Software Engineer will own the core web product experience end-to-end, working closely with users, product leadership, and founders. Responsibilities include full lifecycle product development, leading architecture and implementation, collaborating with users, establishing engineering best practices, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools. This is the first senior engineering hire and reports to the CEO.
