Description

Hands-on, strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and scale HR operations for a growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy organization. Supports clinic teams and owns the full employee lifecycle. Partners with executive leadership and clinic directors on workforce planning, retention, and growth; advises on employee relations, performance management, and team development; supports de novo clinic launches. Serves as primary administrator for Rippling HRIS, building workflows for onboarding, job changes, and offboarding, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and audit readiness, and partnering with Finance and Payroll on integrations. Oversees benefits administration (health, dental, vision, retirement, ancillary), manages open enrollment and vendor relationships, and provides benefits education. Manages onboarding and offboarding processes and exit insights, administers LOA programs, ensures compliance with employment laws, maintains HR policies and handbook, supports performance management, leads HR projects for expansion and scalability, improves processes to enhance employee experience and retention, and supports mentorship and clinician development pathways.
