Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for developer experience and how it is measured
- Partner with the Developer Platform and Data Platform engineering teams to develop underlying capabilities
- Own the AI Developer Platform product for a polyglot codebase spanning agentic primitives and reliability mechanisms
- Own the unified agentic enablement roadmap.
- Be the product owner for the internal app and agent platforms.
- Translate between functions and the platform.
- Drive cross-functional commitments to closure.
- Make agentic enablement legible to the company.
- Partner on go-to-market for internal users.
Requirements
- Highly technical PM with genuine passion for how developer platforms evolve in the age of AI
- Shipped real products with modern agentic primitives (agents, evals, tool use, MCP, plugins/skills)
- Comfortable holding technical discussions with engineers
- First PM seat pointed inward in a brand-new domain with no playbook to inherit

Scribd is hiring a highly technical PM to own its AI Developer Platform, an internal product that 200+ engineers build on daily. The AI Developer Platform spans the agentic stack: tools in engineers’ hands (Claude Code), a plugin marketplace and a library of skills that extend them, an internal app platform and agent runtime that teams build on, and the evals, canonical context, and conventions that make agents reliable across a polyglot codebase. You will own product strategy for developer experience and how the team measures it, partnering directly with Developer Platform and Data Platform engineering teams. This is the first PM seat pointed inward in a brand-new domain with no playbook to inherit, reporting to the Director, Developer Platform. You should be genuinely passionate about how developer platforms are evolving in the age of AI, with experience shipping real products with modern agentic primitives (agents, evals, tool use, MCP, plugins/skills) and comfort in technical discussions with engineers.
