Description
We are a startup based out of Waterloo, Canada building a team passionate about making software that helps sales reps sell better. Prospect is a lead generation platform that sources contact data in real-time. The company is profitable and self-funded, with sane working hours (no weekends, ~8 hours/day) and ample time off. Role: full-time Customer Support to build relationships with customers, prioritize and respond to tickets, hop on screenshare calls to diagnose and educate users, work closely with Engineering to roll out solutions, update FAQs, create training videos and webinars, build customer support processes, and analyze metrics to proactively reach out to customers regarding issues.
