Broad technical fluency in full stack software development and application architecture. There is no specific education requirement, provided the requisite technical skills are present. The ability to maintain and develop in LAMP-based software, including migration to new or more advanced tools as needed. Fluency using PHP backend with the Laravel framework and or something similar to ensure easy transition. Fluency in the building, operating, and the maintenance of cloud relational databases (AWS, MySQL RDS, EC2), Unix/Linux servers and command line tools, and other elements of back-end system development. Fluency of code versioning tools (Git, GitHub, Beanstalk). Fluency in the open source platforms that allow for developing, shipping, and running applications (Docker). Fluency in multiple front-end languages and JavaScript libraries (HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, Vue.js, jQuery). Fluency in databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Fluency in open source automation server software’s for building, testing, and deploying updated software (Jenkins). Fluency in developing automated ETL processes to import data from outside data sources. Familiarity and knowledge in developing AWS ElasticSearch.
