We're building a new way to shop here at Lollipop. People really hate the weekly shop, and we're working out how to make it faster, more fun and better; for them as well as society and the planet. We're a diverse team who have built businesses such as Monzo and Curve, and our backers have scaled the likes of Ocado, Innocent, Babylon and Deliveroo. I'm an engineer on the newly formed meals squad but recently helped ship our MVP mobile app. As a company we are all-in on cross functional ways of working. This means that as an engineer your input into the product is valued and very much expected which is great if you're like me and passionate about eating :) Even if you're not an engineer, if you enjoy working closely with other parts of the business, this is the place to be!
