Check Off Your List

Remote HR Generalist role with two complementary capacities: internal HR practitioner for Check Off Your List (COYL) and client-facing HR support for multiple clients. Supports recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation and compliance, employee relations and engagement, HR metrics and review schedules, client employee concerns, salary/benefits audits, benefits questions, training and performance tools/templates, scheduling performance reviews, state compliance and handbooks, job description drafting and posting, screening calls, background checks, offer letters, and monitoring employment law updates. Requires strong HR/compliance knowledge, ability to manage multiple stakeholders/clients, excellent communication and professionalism, confidentiality and emotional intelligence, independence, and comfort working in a remote environment. Starts at 10 hours/week with potential to grow; flexible part-time schedule and supportive team.
