Own the design in your product area from problem definition to shipping; move fast and ship often; talk to advisors to understand their problems; design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor; use and improve the design system; provide and receive direct feedback and iterate. You are systems-minded, simplify complex multi-step high-stakes workflows, have experience designing complex multi-user products with high data density, can move quickly and ship often, care deeply about visual design, interactions, and writing, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to define what to build. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to ask hard questions and advocate for what you think is right.
