Founding technical operations lead for an AI-native clinical data platform. Responsible for CI/CD, QA, testing infrastructure, compliance documentation, and ~30-40% independent feature development. Must be actively shipping software using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and able to show AI-built work from the last 60 days. Ground-floor equity, fully funded by a private family office. Must be US-based or have US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
