Join 10x Genomics to accelerate scientific research and improve human health. This opens up a number of interesting product and technical challenges that I'm personally very excited about! Software is an integral part of the 10x Genomics product. We develop software to generate and analyze data that scientists can easily explore. We utilize Go, React/Redux, Typescript, and Electron to create easy-to-use software and visualization applications. Our data pipelines are primarily written using Numpy/Scipy/Pandas stack, but we're making increasing use of Rust.
