Hiring multiple full-time roles (US timezones) including: Director of Software (hands-on leadership, Go/TypeScript/Rust, ~60/40 management to IC), Director of Infrastructure (Linux, Terraform, Docker, SOC 2, AWS, security and compliance, hands-on leadership), LLM Platform Engineer (Python, TypeScript, SQL, Langchain, Pydantic AI, Langfuse; internal tooling, analytics, customer-facing apps), and Head of Growth (enterprise demand and pipeline).
