Responsibilities
- Attend shot list review meetings and contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions
- Follow and execute creative briefs, shot lists, and visual guidelines for photos, reels, videos, and graphics
- Shop for and prepare props and sets as needed for shoots, ensuring all costs are pre-approved
- Submit completed work for review and implement edits or feedback
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Attend team and client meetings as needed to align on content strategy and project requirements
- Track and record working hours accurately
- Maintain organized records of approvals, receipts, and expenses for any reimbursable purchases
