Description
Lantern is building AI-powered revenue intelligence (agentic systems) to help B2B sales teams. Roles open: Senior Software Engineer (own end-to-end technical problems, optimize AI model efficiency, prompt engineering), Junior Software Engineer (work across Python/FastAPI/Next.js/React stack alongside seniors, contribute to features), and New Grad Software Engineer (entry-level, work with modern data stack, Kubernetes/AWS deployment, Temporal.io).
