Description
Compass IoT is hiring a full-time front-end developer for an onsite-with-flex role in Sydney. The company is a multi-award-winning, employee-owned startup (25 people) using connected vehicle data across ANZ, the UK, and USA. They are bootstrapped, financially stable, and offer performance-based equity. The role requests new staff to be onsite during initial onboarding with hybrid/flexible arrangements possible afterward. Requirements include at least 3 years of experience (front-end preferred, back-end experience valuable) and knowledge/experience in TypeScript, React, state management (Jotai and MobX highly regarded), CSS Modules, and Mapbox or similar. Nice-to-haves: async generators/promises, Protobuf, and GCP. The company values collaboration, ownership, problem solving, and a low-ego culture.
