Established company (20+ years) hiring remote full-time engineers and developers. Seeking mature, self-motivated generalists who can work independently, communicate clearly in written English, reduce technical debt, build highly reliable systems, and take code to production. Hiring across disciplines: backend servers (C, concurrency, distributed computing), backend (Java), infrastructure tooling, frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React), artificial intelligence (neural networks, AI workflows, AI models), and product design.
