We’re the AI platform for veterinary medicine—cloud-native EMR, AI scribing (ScribbleVet, acquired early 2026), clinical decision support, and Plumb’s drug reference. Instinct is the operating system vet teams use for charting through clinical decisions to pharmacy. The roles include Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Elixir/Ash, Postgres, TypeScript, React, AWS), Senior Software Engineer for React Native (ScribbleVet mobile app; Expo + GraphQL; audio capture, offline, AI-assisted workflows), and Product Manager (translate vet workflows into roadmap; requires 3+ years PM experience in early-stage SaaS).
