Description
Puls Security is hiring a Lead Software Engineer (Distributed Systems / Security). The company is mid-sized and based in Germany. The team builds secure distributed systems from the ground up. Responsibilities include building services in Go (with Rust down the road) in an R&D-oriented team, and designing and implementing distributed systems in a security context. The role emphasizes architectural problem-solving rather than being a pure coder. The company is looking for a lead engineer, but strong juniors are also welcome if the mindset is right. Requirements include deep expertise in a technically demanding area (distributed systems, cryptography, networking; also welcomed: compilers, OS internals, formal verification, database internals), and solid engineering skills in Go, Python and/or Rust.
